Welcome Message

Are you tired of carrying the burden of constant sadness or worry? Are you overwhelmed by negative thoughts and emotions that make each day feel like an uphill battle? Living with depression and anxiety can be an isolating experience, but you do not have to navigate it alone.

I am here to provide you with the needed tools and strategies that can help you take control of your thoughts and emotions. I offer you compassionate support and a safe space where your thoughts and feelings will be heard and valued. Together, we will navigate your current challenges and work towards creating meaningful and lasting change in your life.

I employ an integrative approach that incorporates different therapy modalities to tailor the treatment plan specifically to your needs and goals. Some of the modalities I draw from include solution-focused, person-centred, cognitive-behavioural, and psychodynamic. I believe that this comprehensive approach honours the individuality of each client and maximizes the effectiveness of the therapeutic process.

About Me

Hi, my name is Kelsey.

After experiencing the transformative effect that therapy exerted on my life, I decided to pursue my master’s in counselling psychology at Yorkville University. As a qualifying registered psychotherapist, I am dedicated to fostering an impactful connection with each client. This type of bond was instrumental to my own healing and now serves as the cornerstone of my therapeutic practice.

Reaching out for help is the first courageous step toward healing. Book a session with me today and let’s walk together on your journey to reaching your highest potential.
