Ezra will assist you in noticing unhelpful thoughts, challenging the thoughts, and changing the thoughts so that you can feel better about yourself and improve your quality of life! Ezra believes in a strengths-based, client-centred approach. He is passionate about using CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to help clients get to know and accept themselves so that they can achieve enduring mental wellness.
A Registered Social Worker for the past 10yr, Ezra has been counselling for 5 years and is a member of the Canadian Association of Cognitive Behavioural Therapists. He lends his CBT expertise to helping adolescents and adults improve their coping around a variety of issues including trauma, ADHD, anger, depression, and anxiety in all its forms including general anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
Outside of the office, Ezra enjoys being outside, reading the Harry Potter series, playing sports, gaming, watching movies, and spending time with his pets.
